Meet the SelectFinCap Team

In the new, below video from Select Financial Capital, the company’s management team discusses how they met each other and their backgrounds. A quick summary of how Zach Preminger, Jeff Chandler and Steve Brennan met through Peter Dalton’s Board of Director position at Wilson Investment Properties is also relayed below.

In 2019 Peter Dalton, an accomplished executive, corporate restructuring expert and the outside director on the Board of Wilson Investment Properties, helped recruit Steve Brennan. An experienced investment industry professional, Steve joined the company and managed operations for Wilson Investment Properties.

Also in 2019 Peter Dalton, introduced Zach Preminger and Jeff Chandler to Steve. Jeff and Zach were seeking capital for real estate investments they were sourcing, negotiating and managing. Steve took a lead role in helping to raise capital and provide client support from the limited partner investment network at Wilson Investment Properties for the investments they were sourcing at that time.

Working together, the team began successfully raising capital from investors for commercial real estate properties. Acting as General Partners (GPs), Jeff and Zach, included Tom Wilson as a GP for real estate investments they sourced and negotiated from 2019 until 2021, including Washington Square, Lincoln Square and Savannah Medical. In 2022, Peter, Zach, Jeff and Steve formalized their partnership by forming a new company, Select Financial Capital. This veteran real estate investing team continues to search for selective real estate investment opportunities for investors.
