We do not participate in the very large commercial real estate market, including multi-billion dollar developments, involving almost entirely management teams boasting experience competitive to our own. Instead, we focus on competing against generally less well-resourced buyers and sellers in the small-to-medium sized market.
We believe our management team’s expertise gives us a competitive advantage versus many of the buyers or sellers in the SCORE market. So, we narrowly focus on small-to-medium-sized properties.
