Instead, we focus on competing against generally less well-resourced buyers and sellers in the small-to-medium sized market.

We believe our management team’s expertise gives us a competitive advantage versus many of the buyers or sellers in the SCORE market. So, we narrowly focus on small-to-medium-sized properties.
