Our mission is to provide the financial advantages of investing in commercial real estate to individual retail investors, as well as institutional investors. Our company goal is to build greater wealth and prosperity for investors. Integrity & Execution

We prioritize the values of integrity and execution. Our reputation as an honest buyer and seller with our real estate counterparties and as a committed fiduciary protecting the interests of our clients is critical to our ongoing success.

Integrity matters. It is a necessary cornerstone to a strong foundation. Transparency, honesty, commitment and other virtues flow from personal integrity. We start by prioritizing personal integrity in our team. But good intentions alone are not enough. The other critical half of our value equation is execution.

F3P3

Excellent execution is a moral imperative when you are entrusted with investor funds. We firmly believe in our own version of the military phrase “sweat more in training, bleed less in battle.” On select properties that we believe have excellent upside, we practice “F3P3: find, fix or financialize problems prior to purchase.”

We are dedicated to extensive analysis upfront to avoid post-purchase problems. We have witnessed many of our peers pay an avoidable price in time and monetary opportunity loss for not performing extensive analysis and then becoming encumbered by resulting unexpected challenges.

Uniquely each of the SelectFinCap managing partners has been employed by other companies to provide turnaround and restructuring consulting and advise on fixing problem properties. Our extensive experience on what can go wrong, having lent expertise to fix problems at other firms, helps us avoid such pitfalls.
